Shipping policy

At Journ, we want to make our products accessible to everyone. This is why we offer FREE SHIPPING to US & Canada on ALL ORDERS and ALL International orders above $50.

However, international orders may also incur import Duties & Taxes by their local customs and authorities. We would recommend the customer calculate what these may be before placing an order as they will be responsible for paying their local authorities.

We are unfortunately not able to refund and cancel orders for packages that the customer refuses to pay Duties & Taxes for unless the package is sent back to us by either the customer or their local post office.
