If you are unsatisfied with your Journ products within 30 days, please reach out to [email protected] with your order number (it starts with 'JRN') and we'll take care of the rest.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note, because we offer a free trial period, you are only able to return for a full refund one of each type of item and only on your first order. For example, if your order contains 1 Marrakech and 1 Kauai and neither work for you, we will refund you for both items.

However, if you order multiple units of the same product such as 2 or more Matcha’s only a single one of them will qualify for a refund. It is important you purchase one of each product you want to try on your first order before purchasing multiple units of the same product.

Your full amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Please note, shipping charges and Journ Gift Cards are not refundable.
